Chairman, Kind Acquisition
Stas Kostadinov is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience and a proven track record of successfully closing more than 800 deals across a wide spectrum of deal types and structures. Known for his creativity, hands-on approach, and sharp problem-solving abilities, Stas thrives in navigating the complexities of real estate—from resolving title issues and distressed asset challenges to executing strategic acquisitions and development projects. With deep roots in the Southeast real estate market, Stas has built a reputation as a trusted leader and visionary. He leads with heart, purpose, and a relentless passion for the business, empowering his team and partners through a values-driven approach. In addition to his real estate ventures, Stas is the founder of Kind Skiptracing, a real estate data company that specializes in providing accurate, customized property data and skiptracing services. Kind Skiptracing delivers bespoke lead lists tailored to clients’ target markets, helping investors maximize their outreach and efficiency. Stas’s unique combination of experience, integrity, and innovation continues to set him apart in the real estate industry.

Brayden Lambert is a real estate development professional with end-to-end expertise across the land and homebuilding lifecycle. From sourcing off-market infill lots to underwriting over $500 million in ground-up development, he combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution. Brayden has led key initiatives in multifamily, build-for-rent, student housing, and residential subdivisions across the Southeast. His rare ability to bridge finance, design, entitlement, and operations makes him a trusted partner to builders, developers, and institutional investors. Most recently, he was Director of Development Finance at 68 Ventures Multifamily, leading entitlement and financial modeling for projects totaling nearly half a billion dollars. His work included Florida’s first multifamily approval under the Live Local Act, HUD 221(d)(4) pre-app coordination, and executive-level underwriting. Before that, he served as Vice President of Land Acquisition at PRESPRO Homes, where he directed all land strategy and spearheaded market expansion into Savannah, Rock Hill, and Panama City. His broader role at PRESPRO also encompassed sales, due diligence, and managing over 260 home closings. Today, Brayden leads Kind Acquisition, focused on land sourcing, subdivision entitlements, and opportunistic partnerships throughout the Southeast.
